MCORE Properties buys and sells or rents properties. We purchase real estate from individual owners and non-performing notes from major banks. These properties are then sold for a profit, with owner-financing options, or are rented.
Financial Hero sister brands, Notewise Investments and Little Creek Real Estate also serve similar functions.
INDIVIDUAL HOME OWNERS
We purchase homes to flip and as investments from individuals ready to sell at below market rates and negotiate deals for homes in need of renovations and repairs.
NON-PERFORMING NOTES
We typically purchase non-performing notes and sub-performing notes from major banks and other sources in bulk, which offers increased purchasing power and therefore increased return on investment.
We apply a variety of tactics to convert non-performing notes to performing notes for resell at a higher value. We can also sell-off notes that do not meet our conversion standards. For more information regarding note acquisition, conversion and resale, please see the investor overview below.
OWNER-FINANCED SALES
When we sell properties within our portfolio, we are able to offer more flexible owner-financed terms to qualified, potential buyers, as compared to home mortgages from traditional banks. This allows buyers with less than pristine credit to purchase a home and build equity as home-owners.
PROPERTY RENTAL
We also rent properties, for residual income and to hold for future, potential higher return on investment. Our rental and owner-financed properties are managed by our property management division, sister company within the Financial Hero portfolio of brands.
