Whereas FH Global Ventures provides investment opportunities for a wide range of investor profiles, the Financial Hero Fund is available only accredited investors that meet the investor profile requirements.

Investor Requirements

The Financial Hero Fund is open to accredited investors with $1M+ in assets and $200,000+ income for last two, consecutive years.

Return ON INVESTMENT

Financial Hero Fund investors gain returns from real estate acquisitions, fix-and-flips, rentals, sales and notes. Investors returns benefit from the breadth of experience, full-investment-cycle management and purchasing power of the Financial Hero portfolio of brands.

Sign a Joint Venture Partner Agreement
Fund the JV Partner Agreement
We process and close the transaction to purchase the note(s)
